Yes. Ask about financing for qualified homeowners and eligible projects, including Renew Financial PACE financing where available. Financing is subject to provider approval, project eligibility and financing terms.
Which energy-efficient products can we discuss?
Windows and doors, insulation and air sealing, heating and cooling equipment, duct improvements, suitable cool roofing and LED lighting. Product selection and program eligibility depend on your home and project.
Is PACE a grant or free government program?
No. PACE is financing repaid through a property-tax assessment and creates a property lien. Review the repayment obligation, fees, and potential sale or refinance implications with the provider.
Are rebates or energy savings guaranteed?
No. Rebates depend on current program rules, funding and product eligibility. Energy use depends on the building, installation, weather and household use. We do not promise a fixed rebate or savings amount.
